When a woman wants change, she changes her hair.
I don’t know about you but me and one of my best friends back home in WA knows that if I want to change my hair color she first needs to check with me how I am doing in life. Why? Because usually when I want to change my hair color its because I am not finding satisfaction in life itself. I am not finding myself rooted in the Lord so off I go looking for some kind of change. As if changing my hair color would change my life. Well it might, for a moment. But in the grand scheme of things it won’t change my life. God will.
I’ve learned when I start having that itch to color my hair I genuinely need have a heart check to make sure my heart is doing good.
I was reminded of this when a friend of mine from WA who also moved out to Kansas City, MO with her husband around the same time as me [Isn’t that amazing! Friends from back home here in KCMO!] messaged me asking me if I had ever dyed hair before. I told her I had and with that we decided on a time to change up her hair. And I have to tell you I am was a little jelly when I saw how amazing it turned out! She started with beautiful blonde hair and we went to a beautiful….[well you will have to check out the pictures to see ;]
